Who I am.
I'm a fullstack developer based in Gdynia, Poland. For over three years I worked commercially on a SaaS platform and on websites and applications for clients in several industries.
I run projects end-to-end: from requirements and estimates to deployment and support. Before I started working commercially, I taught kids how to code - which is where I picked up the habit of explaining technical things in plain language.
I now work independently (B2B). After hours: Computer Science at Gdańsk University of Technology and my own SaaS tools. Languages: Polish, English (C1).
- Process first, code second. Before proposing anything, I want to understand where the business loses time.
- Boring technology wins. Laravel, MySQL, Redis - a proven stack that runs for years, instead of architecture for show.
- The smallest scope that solves the problem. If a simpler solution is enough, I'll say so, instead of over-building.
- No lock-in. The project, its data and documentation remain at the client's disposal.
- I say "no" fast. If a project doesn't make sense or I can't do it well - you'll hear it on the first call, not a month in.
What I work with day to day.
I pick a proven stack that stays maintainable for years, instead of architecture built to impress.
- Backend
PHP, Laravel 12 and 13, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, queues and scheduled jobs, REST APIs with Swagger.
- Frontend
Vue 3, Nuxt, Livewire, Inertia.js, Blade, Tailwind. Accessibility to WCAG 2.1 AA.
- Infrastructure
Docker and Docker Compose, CI/CD, zero-downtime deployments, monitoring, DNS and email, Cloudflare.
- Testing
PHPUnit, Pest, functional and E2E tests. I do version upgrades with a test suite, not on instinct.
- AI and integrations
OpenAI API, my own Model Context Protocol servers, chatbots and agents, SOAP, webhooks, KSeF.
- Beyond PHP
Go (an OCR microservice on Tesseract), C#/.NET (a KSeF client). I reach for them when PHP is not the right tool.
The areas I work in.
The section above says what I work with. This one says which problems I solve with it.
- Subscription systems
A payments microservice, subscriptions and recurring billing, e-invoicing compliant with the national system including a C#/.NET client, feature flags and an API for serving materials.
- Integrations
REST with Swagger, SOAP and webhooks, including an integration with the Booking.com Taxi API. Rule-based pricing engines, zone price lists on MySQL Spatial, push notifications through Firebase.
- External data sources
Pulling over SOAP and REST with caching and throttling, resilience to traffic spikes, multilingual CMSes (Nova and my own).
- Custom CMS
A blueprint content model, repeatable sections with validation, 2FA, a media library with automatic conversion, PL/EN i18n, and an OCR microservice in Go on Tesseract.
- Modernisation
PHP and Laravel upgrades on live systems, with no downtime, backed by functional and E2E tests. Taking over code built by someone else.
- Quality and delivery
PHPUnit and Pest, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, Docker and CI/CD, zero-downtime deployments, monitoring and backups.
The shipyard.
After hours I build my own SaaS tools - to walk the whole product road myself, from idea to first invoice. One is already afloat, two are still on the slipways.

Afloat
AI link saver
A PWA: paste a URL and an AI agent titles, summarizes and categorizes it. Per-link chat and its own MCP server. Docked in a private harbour for now.
-
In progress
A tool for small service businesses
Automating the paperwork and repetitive admin that eats owners' hours every single week.
-
Concept
A developer tool
A small product solving one concrete problem from web teams' daily work.
I'll announce launches here and on LinkedIn (opens in a new window). And if you have a product idea and need a technical partner - reach out.
Write.
B2B collaboration: a project to deliver or an ongoing contract. VAT invoice, remote or on-site in the Tricity area (Gdynia). Describe what you need in a few sentences - I usually reply within 24 hours and I'll tell you straight whether I can help.
